OUR MISSION
We create equitable homeownership opportunities for Native Americans in Montana by providing a collaborative space where diverse stakeholders join together to formulate sustainable solutions.
LENDING
Through collaboration with lenders, tribal governments, and community stakeholders, we create pathways to homeownership for Native American families by addressing the unique challenges of lending on tribal lands.
INFASTRUCTURE
We strengthen housing opportunities in Native communities by addressing infrastructure challenges, supporting sustainable development, and fostering innovative housing solutions tailored to tribal needs.
EDUCATION
Many of our members empower Native American families with the knowledge and skills to achieve homeownership through the delivery of tailored education programs, counseling services, and community outreach.

Homeownership is a foundational element that increases stability, health, and strength of communities across multiple dimensions –family structure, lifestyle, culture, education, and economy. Despite challenges, homeownership is possible for Native Americans in Montana.
